Genoa, Italy-based superyacht builder Tankoa has agreed to take over the former Prvilege shipyard area in the port of Civitavecchia near Rome. The company, which has been wanting to expand its compact Genoa shipyard for some time, will initially invest some €3m to make the site suitable for building superyacht hulls.
