Unanimous approval for MarineMax development plans

Commisioners for Florida’s Pinellas County gave an enthusiastic and unanimous approval to the MarineMax plan to build a new plant for Intrepid Powerboats creating another 300 jobs for the area

During a meeting of the Pinellas Board of County Commissioners last evening, officials gave a quick approval to a proposal by MarineMax – first reported by IBI last week – to build a new 132,000 ft² boatbuilding plant in a project estimated at approximately $38 million.
