Kawasaki files lawsuit against BRP

The manufacturer of the Jet Ski personal watercraft is suing BRP's Sea-Doo division in a US district court, claiming it infringed five US patents. Sea-Doo says the suit is in response to a lawsuit it filed against Kawasaki in February, also for patent infringement
