Galeon, a prominent exhibitor at the recent Wind & Water boat show in Poland, is reporting strong exports. The news comes not long after Galeon picked up a 2018 IBI-METSTRADE Boat Builder Award in the Innovative Onboard Design Solution category for its 640 Fly and 650 Skydeck models.

Linssen reports strong first-half
Linssen Yachts of the Netherlands says it delivered 87 yachts in the first half of 2019, including its entire fleet of pre-owned vessels. Marketing manager Paul Beelen said the deliveries comprised 61 new and 26 used motoryachts.

Lignia in major supply deal with UK builder
All newly commissioned Spirit yachts will now be fitted with Lignia decking, a durable and sustainable alternative to teak. The Ipswich-based yacht builder, currently completing a Spirit 111 performance sailing superyacht, believes that Lignia will become “the industry standard for decking”.
